This memo is just a quick thank you for the outstanding effort your organisation put in on our Variety Club function recently.
Having face painters was just a spur of the moment thought, and after a tentative response initially by the attendees who were “dressed to the nines” you were inundated with people waiting in line to have their own expression of individuality applied to finish their outfits. Women who didn’t want their makeup initially touched, either changed their mind, or decided on their own expressions of art on their body.
It was a resounding success, thank you very much.
